1. Shipping/Delivery

1.1 We deliver the products listed on your order confirmation. Studio Me.Mo. cannot be held responsible in any way for errors made by the customer regarding the delivery or billing address and for any late deliveries or the inability to deliver the ordered products as a result of that error.

1.2 Title and risk of loss in your products shall pass to you upon delivery of the products to the address stated in your order confirmation.

1.3 When a product is in stock, it will be delivered to your delivery address within 1 to 5 working days. This delivery schedule is an indication and therefore not binding.

1.4 Deliveries take place during office hours from Monday to Friday. (except holidays).

1.5 If a product is not in stock, the consumer will be informed by e-mail of another delivery date. If the consumer does not agree with the delay, the order can be canceled or the consumer can order an alternative product. The price for the canceled order will be refunded or, in the case of an order for an alternative product, a new invoice will be created or credited, taking into account the price paid for the product being cancelled.

1.6 If we cannot deliver within the agreed time, you will be notified before the delivery time expires. If we do not deliver within the agreed time, you can decide to cancel your order and you will receive a refund within 30 days after cancellation.

1.7 We cannot be held responsible for any consequential damages resulting from late delivery or non-delivery by the courier service we use.
